By purchasing our products or booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

All content provided by HighDemand Body, including information regarding pH-balanced formulations, intimate care, and holistic wellness, is for educational and aesthetic purposes only. This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Our products and services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT VARIATIONS

HighDemand Body takes immense pride in the artisanal nature of our collections, including the COAP line. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, scent, and texture are to be expected and are a testament to the unique, luxury nature of each item. These variations do not constitute a defect and do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

3. ALLERGEN AND INGREDIENT SAFETY

Our formulations utilize premium, nourishing ingredients, including but not limited to aloe soap base, shea butter, and apple cider vinegar.

  • Patch Test Recommended: We strongly recommend that all customers perform a small patch test on a discreet area of skin before full use, particularly with our pH-balanced intimate care and antibacterial lines.

  • Assumption of Risk: It is the responsibility of the consumer to review the ingredient list for known personal allergens. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. HighDemand Body shall not be held liable for individual adverse reactions to any ingredients.

4. INTIMATE CARE AND PH-BALANCE

Our soaps are specifically formulated with the intent of supporting delicate pH balances. However, every individual’s body chemistry is unique. HighDemand Body makes no guarantees regarding specific biological outcomes. These products are intended for external use only.

5. BODY CONTOUR SERVICES DISCLAIMER

By booking a body contouring service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Variable Results: Results from body contouring treatments vary significantly from person to person based on age, skin type, lifestyle, diet, and metabolic rate. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes or a specific degree of change.

  • Medical Clearance: You represent that you are in good health and have consulted with a physician if you have underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, or have implanted medical devices.

  • Service Protocols: Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians to maximize safety and efficacy.

6. CANDLE SAFETY AND USE

Our body butter candles are designed for luxury and ambiance. To prevent fire and serious injury:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Discontinue use when only 1/4 inch of wax remains.

  • When using melted wax as a body butter, ensure the temperature is safe for skin contact to avoid burns.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighDemand Body, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. You assume all risks associated with the use of these artisanal goods and wellness services.
