Return & Damage Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-damage reasons.

Damaged or destroyed items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s).

Verification & remedy: Once we verify the damage, we will reship a replacement. A $3 fee for an ice pack will be added to the replacement shipment to protect temperature-sensitive items. This fee may be charged to the original payment method or invoiced separately.

Out-of-stock situations: If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit at your preference.

Processing time: Verified replacements are processed within 3 business days of approval and shipped with tracking.

Non-covered situations: Damage reported after 48 hours, normal wear, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
